What does the $299/month include?
Our monthly plan includes your initial website design and build, service, hosting, maintenance, basic SEO setup, edits and updates, technical support, to keep your site live and current.
Is hosting included?
Of course. Hosting is included in our $299/month plan, so you do not need to manage a separate hosting account for the website. We’ll need to setup your domain to connect to our hosting, so that your new site shows up correctly.
You can opt to use your own hosting, we will need access to manage the site still and it does not change the price.
What is the limit of how many requests I can submit?
Once subscribed, you can add as many design or content requests as you want to the cue in Trello and they will get worked on one by one.
How do I make new design requests?
Once subscribed, you’ll gain access to your exclusive Trello board where any design or content revision requests can be submitted. Within the Trello board there will be instructions on the best way to submit requests.
Within Trello, you’ll be able to add request and reorder priorities to fit your needs.
What if I have a website already?
That’s great! We can review your current site, keep what’s working, and rebuildit so it feels cleaner, more modern, and easier for customers to use.
What if I don't like the design or need to request revisions?
We offer unlimited revisions on all website, so we’ll continue to work with you until you are 100% happy.
Do I own the website?
While your plan is active, you have full use of the website we build for you. If you want go fully independent, we’ll transfer complete ownership of your site’s design and files to a host of your choice. No more monthly fees — it’s yours.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be issued.
